JomSocial Real time Notification component & plugin

JomSocial 1.6-1.8 component and plugin to automatically display a pop-up notification of new messages. Test component here http://test.38irk.ru. To do this, you need to register 2 users or use already registered account:
1. login / psw - tester / tester
2. login / psw - tester2 / tester2
Click the link http://test.38irk.ru in different browsers (such as Internet Explorer and Mozila Firefox), or for different user accounts Windows (right click on the label Internet Explorer-> Run to notable> select the user). Go to each user to one of the browsers and send a message from one user to another.
