Акком вы в итоге не владеете, сменить пароль - без вариантов, залогиниться на hotmail не сможете. Но почту, пришедшую на этот акк, прочитать будете способны.
И вы не узнаете, кому ещё эти акки были проданы. А они с больной вероятностью по нескольку раз продаются.
Не полностью бесполезно. Для каких-то целей - вполне подойдёт.
Получается аналог yopmail.com или temp-mail.com, но только чуть более (на хобот от муравья примерно) приватный.
