• We recommend paying for accounts older than 7 days that you have used periodically. New and inactive accounts have a higher risk of being blocked.
• Before paying, Claude may request additional account verification, including identity verification or other information. If the requested verification fails, the subscription may be unavailable for payment, and in some cases, access to the account may be limited.
• Even an old account can be blocked by Anthropic´s security system after connecting to Max. Risks are increased by frequent IP/location changes, unstable VPN, account transfers, logging in from different devices, and other suspicious activity.
• We guarantee the correctness of the payment and the subscription itself, but we cannot guarantee the absence of a block or additional checks by Anthropic.
• Before placing an order, please ensure you already have a working Claude account and are willing to complete any verification checks required by the service.
If, after paying for your order, it turns out your account is not eligible for a subscription, you are unable to complete the required registration/verification, you did not comply with the specified conditions, or you simply decide to cancel the order, a refund will be issued minus a 25% platform fee.
