📢 Refund Policy:
✔️ If your balance was successfully replenished, refunds are not possible.
🔄 If the transaction fails due to the customer´s fault (e.g., the account does not meet the trading requirements on Steam, the account has a restriction on Team Fortress 2/VAC-BAN, the customer changed their mind, or made the wrong choice), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction.
