⚖️ Honest pros and cons

Pros:
• Full Pro functionality for a fraction of the licence price
• Legitimate key and the official installer from vmix.com, no cracks, no hosts-file hacks
• Delivery and renewal take minutes, no back-and-forth
• Over 1,500 activations and not a single negative review

Cons:
• Windows only, vMix 29 only
• 1 key = 1 PC, it cannot be moved to another computer
• Activation is tied to the hardware: reinstalling Windows, upgrades, a new network card or RAM can reset it
• The key is single-use: a wrong activation burns it and there is no second attempt
• It will not activate directly from Russia or the CIS, only through our server (see below)

🌍 Activation from Russia, Belarus and the CIS

vMix activation servers reject Russian and CIS addresses. Together with the key you get a link to our app and our region-switching server. With it, activation succeeds for everyone who follows the guide, proven on hundreds of orders.

⛔ Do not use your own or free address-changing services. vMix rejects such addresses, the key burns, and this is not covered by the guarantee.
✅ If activation still fails through our server, message us in chat: during online hours we will solve it another way. That part is on us.
If you are already outside the CIS, you do not need the server. The guide will tell you.

⏱ Do not buy "two hours before the show"

A calm activation by the guide takes about 15 minutes. But if something goes wrong at night or on a weekend, help arrives only during online hours. Plan the activation during the day and in advance: the day before the event, not an hour before.

❗ The main reason keys burn is haste. The buyer enters the key without finishing the guide: without our server, on a pirated build with blocked hosts, on the wrong version, and only then starts figuring out what went wrong. Read the guide to the end first, then activate.

⚠️ Important terms

🔸 Activate the key within 24 hours of receiving it, later it may be revoked
🔸 Before activating: finish all PC upgrades, connect all your gear, install vMix 29 specifically from the official site
🔸 Do not change the PC configuration during the 60 days
🔸 The key does not give access to a vmix.com account

🔁 Renewal

When the 60 days are over, buy a new key right here and activate it following the "previous system" guide. Re-activation depends on the vMix servers and the state of your hardware, so leave the PC configuration alone.

↩️ Returns and guarantee

The guarantee covers activation performed strictly by our guide and through our server. A key burned by a skipped step, a third-party address-changing service, a hardware change or a missed 24-hour window is not refundable. Full terms are in the additional information below.

Additional information:

↩️ Returns and guarantee terms

This is a digital, single-use product. Once delivered, the key cannot be "returned to stock", so voluntary refunds are not issued when:

• The buyer changed their mind after receiving the key
• The key was not activated within 24 hours of receipt
• The key was successfully activated
• The key burned during activation without our region-switching server or through a third-party / free address-changing service
• The key was used on a version other than vMix 29 or on an unofficial build with blocked hosts entries
• The activation reset because of a Windows reinstall, an upgrade or replaced components
• The buyer did not follow the order of steps in the guide

✅ What we guarantee

If you activate the key strictly by our guide and through our server and the activation still fails, message us in the order chat. During online hours we will look into it and solve it another way. We answer everyone, no such case is left unresolved.

⏱ Tip: do not activate the key in a rush before a show. A calm 15 minutes during the day beats the night before an event with no support online.
