The DLC is sent by a bot in automatic mode. Immediately after payment the process of sending the DLC to your account will begin. If all conditions are successfully fulfilled, the DLC will be activated on your account within a few minutes.
This is not a key. The DLC is sent as a gift. VPN alone is not enough to activate the DLC. You must have an account in the relevant country. 1. Download and install the client - http://store.steampowered.com/about/
2. Register a new account or log in under an existing account.
3. Copy the link to your profile in the specified field when purchasing the game.
4. After payment, wait for a friend request from the seller and accept it.
5. When you receive a notification about sending you a gift activate it.
6. After adding to the library, wait for the DLC files to fully download.
