⚠️If you have an account that has never been topped up (a new account), Steam might switch your region to the CIS region (USD currency). You will not be able to switch the region back to Russia (due to sanctions), so I recommend purchasing a region-change service to Kazakhstan or Ukraine beforehand.

Steam blocks payments from active sessions originating in Crimea, the LNR, or the DNR; you will not be able to top up your account without using a VPN or going offline.
