It is impossible to replenish accounts in the Crimea, DPR and LPR, because. purchases on Steam (including from the Steam Wallet) are limited due to US sanctions.
Enrollment takes place from 30 minutes to 6 hours during the operator´s working hours (09:00-21:00 Moscow time). Applications made late in the evening or at night are processed in the morning on a first-come, first-served basis.
