На этот раз столкнулся с тем что на 1 единственном аккаунте не менялся ни в какую регион. Все остальные продавцы винили аккаунт и не давали конкретики.
Этот продавец просто лучший, объяснил что к чему (проблема была в почте рамблера, если вдруг у кого аккаунты на этой почте - меняйте на гугл, карты не заводятся на ней).
Затем сам продавец зашел и сменил регион. Все четко. Спасибо вам за ваш качественный сервис!
