Important Information

1. Purchased data will be displayed in a browser window, and a copy will be sent to your email.
2. The warranty is lifetime, provided that we are not responsible for your actions: transferring to another email, reselling, giving to a friend, having a virus on your computer, using an unofficial launcher, or using cheats. In such cases, the warranty is void.
3. Refunds are only accepted if the store is unable to provide a replacement within 72 hours of purchase. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
5. Be sure to record a video during the purchase. The video recording must begin before payment and include a FULL inspection of the received item. The video must show your computer´s system time. Recommended software for recording is https://www.bandicam.com/ru and for downloading is https://www.dropmefiles.com.
6. Customer complaints about non-functional data will only be considered if a video recording is available. Otherwise, the store reserves the right to refuse customer support.
7. We respond to customer messages within 72 hours. Please do not leave a negative review until the issue is resolved.

* The Hypixel.net server may be temporarily blocked for 30 days for changing the IP address. In this case, we will not provide a replacement.

Additional information:

● Migrator — The cape was given out from July 9, 2021 to September 19, 2023 in Minecraft: Java Edition as a reward for migrating an account. It was available to players who purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before December 1, 2020 and migrated their account.

● 15th Anniversary — The cape was available to receive in honor of the 15th anniversary from May 17, 2024 to June 21, 2024.

● Vanilla — The cape was given out to players who purchased both the Java Edition and Bedrock Edition separately before June 6, 2022. It can be used in both versions.

● Cherry Blossom — The cape was given out during the Minecraft 2023 Mob Vote (Mob Vote 2023).

● Purple Heart — the cape (Twitch cape) was given out as part of the Minecraft 15th Anniversary celebration from May 15 to May 31, 2024.

● Follower’s — the cape (TikTok cape) was given out as part of the Minecraft 15th Anniversary celebration from May 15 to May 31, 2024.

● Pan — On December 10, 2021, Mojang developer Henrik Kniberg announced an exclusive cape to reward Minecraft: Bedrock Edition beta testers. The cape is available to Java Edition players from May 8, 2025.

● MCC 15th — the cape was given out from July 28 to August 5, 2024 as part of the MC Championship Mini-games event

● OptiFine — the cape is given out for a $10 donation on the OptiFine website. It is visible to all users with the OptiFine mod installed.
