Style of play is very similar to a game «Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive» and «Commandos». The player controls one to five characters, chief among which is Robin Hood. Other well-known characters are Little John, the father Tuck, Will Scarlet and Maid Marian.

Robin Hood returns from the Crusades in the city of Lincoln, discovering that all his inheritance was stolen by the evil Sheriff of Nottingham.
