Bad experience. The product did not match the description.
I purchased this product on August 14, 2026 as a 3-month Spotify Premium subscription. The product description clearly states that it includes a full 3-month (90-day) warranty, technical support, and stability during that period.
However, the subscription was cancelled before the promised 3-month period ended. I reported the problem to the seller on September 6 and provided the requested account details and screenshots, but the issue was not properly resolved.
The seller also gave me contradictory instructions. First, the seller told me: “Change the password immediately. The warranty is valid only if you change the password.” Later, the seller told me: “Do not change the password.”
Most importantly, the original product description does not state that changing or not changing the password can void the warranty.
I paid for 3 months of Spotify Premium with a 90-day warranty, but the service stopped before the advertised period ended, and the issue remains unresolved despite contacting the seller.
