GroupPilot Professional 0.2.0 — Telegram community management

Application source code and a one-time Professional license for USD 16. Install it on your own server to manage multiple communities you operate from one dashboard. The interface and documentation are in English.

• Docker Compose, PostgreSQL migrations, update instructions and encrypted backup tools.

DELIVERY AND SETUP

After the marketplace confirms payment, it automatically delivers a ZIP package containing grouppilot-0.2.0.zip, your personal Professional activation key and setup instructions. No wait for manual key issuance. Enter the included key on the License page. The key is verified offline; there is no separate online activation server.

You supply a Linux server, Docker Engine/Compose, PostgreSQL, a domain/HTTPS, your own Telegram bot with administrator permissions and backup storage. Operator scripts require Python 3.12+. For a small pilot, 4 GB RAM is recommended; capacity must be measured under your workload.

Hosting, installation and server administration by the seller are not included. This is self-hosted source software, without a ready-made cloud account hosted by the seller. Your installation must keep running on your server for round-the-clock operation.

LICENSE

Perpetual use of the delivered version on one production installation and its private staging copy. Professional allows multiple connected communities on that installation. Source modifications for your own operation are permitted. Reselling the software, publicly redistributing source, sharing the key with other buyers and additional production deployments are not included. Full terms are in LICENSE in the archive and your order terms.

LIMITATIONS

Telegram does not give bots a complete historical member list. The dashboard shows observed records and events; actions depend on message visibility and bot permissions. Live reminders, automatic filtering, some channel/permission/access scenarios, the target public VPS/TLS deployment and production PostgreSQL recovery have not completed acceptance testing. Perform your own acceptance testing before serving real customers. See Additional Information and the archive documentation for detailed test status, support and refunds.

VERSION 0.2.0 TESTS AND LIMITATIONS

A live one-time payment and full refund of 1 Star were verified with the test group´s owner. Separately, an ordinary member´s invitation/join, free extension, mute/restored messaging and access expiry/removal were verified.

Paid access for an ordinary member, a full recurring renewal/cancellation cycle, live reminders and automatic filtering have not completed separate live acceptance testing. Some channel, bot-permission and access edge cases also remain open. Perform your own acceptance testing before enabling these features for real customers.

Automated backend/frontend/PostgreSQL tests and isolated Docker/production-mode checks were completed. The target public VPS/TLS deployment and production PostgreSQL recovery have not completed acceptance testing. Full status is in docs/VERIFICATION.md and docs/RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md in the archive.

SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Included from the purchase date: 90 calendar days of installation and reproducible product-defect support, and 12 months of updates for the purchased edition. Support is in English. The target first response is within two business days in Armenia. This is a first-response target, without a guaranteed resolution deadline or uptime. Use the order conversation to request support.

Custom development, migration from unrelated products, server administration and third-party outages are not included. The end of the update period does not end your right to use the delivered version. A fixed update frequency and lifetime updates are not promised.

REFUNDS

A voluntary refund may be requested within 14 calendar days if the delivered product materially differs from its description or a reproducible defect prevents a documented core feature on a supported installation. Mandatory buyer rights and more favorable marketplace protections remain intact; downloading does not automatically waive them. See docs/REFUNDS_AND_SUPPORT.md in the archive and your order terms.

YOUR COMMUNITIES AND STARS

Your Telegram bot receives your members´ Stars; GroupPilot does not redirect them to ScriptCrafts. You set your own prices and terms and provide payment support and refunds to your members. Income, a fixed cash value for Stars and third-party availability are not guaranteed.

For support, provide your order reference, version and a redacted problem description. Do not send your bot token, server password, backup database or private keys. Listing screenshots show demonstration data and the English interface.
