Got the keys to your new apartment? Check the plumbing before signing the acceptance act.

Claims will not be accepted after the act is signed. Everything you find later will be at your own expense. Acceptance is a serious inspection, not a lottery. You don´t hope for luck; you professionally inspect every pipe, every faucet, every connection.
