HOW THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORKS

1) Select the balance amount and pay for the order. 2) Receive a personal activation link and an API key. 3) Activate the purchase: create a separate account or transfer the balance to an existing GetAPI account. 4) Connect the application according to the instructions. A repeat top‑up can be directed to an existing GetAPI account. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTED

The balance is credited in USD: for example, a nominal value of $100 adds exactly $100 to the GetAPI balance. Requests are charged based on the actual usage of the selected model, including input and output tokens and cache operations. 💾 When a Cache Read hits the cache, it is charged at 10% of the price of a regular entry: the cached part is 90% cheaper. Cache creation is charged as a regular entry.

The balance is not equal to the official OpenAI balance and is not a ChatGPT Plus/Pro subscription.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

The warranty conditions are valid as long as LESS THAN 5% of the purchased balance is used.

If activation does not work or the API is unavailable due to a confirmed technical problem on our side, write to the seller in the correspondence on the order.
We will check the issue and restore access. If it is impossible to resolve it, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with the platform’s terms.
After using 5% of the balance or more, replacement and refund under this guarantee are not available. Support with connecting is also available after reaching this threshold.
