Warranty and Replacement Policy 🛡️

Violations of Anthropic’s Terms of Service or other applicable policies.

Access from unsupported, restricted, or prohibited regions.

Identity verification requirements: If Anthropic requires identity verification, you must complete the verification process using your own valid ID. If you cannot or refuse to complete the required verification, we cannot provide assistance or guarantee continued access to the account.

Technical issues on Claude or Anthropic’s end, including cases where the account remains on the Free plan or incorrect plan despite successful payment processing.

Support and Resolution Time ⏱️
If you experience an issue, please allow time for review and resolution:

🕒 Resolution time may take up to 72 hours.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued while a case is under review.

⚠️ Please do not purchase another account during an active review. If the original subscription is restored or a replacement account is provided during the review process, no refunds will be issued for additional purchases.
