🛡️ WARRANTY
Ready Account: warranty against covered account/subscription faults for the entire purchased month. Own Account Upgrade: support for subscription faults caused by our service. Excludes customer-caused problems, changed credentials, misuse, policy violations, security or recovery issues beyond our control and external restrictions. Covered issues are normally handled within 24 hours; complex cases require an agreed timeframe.

💳 REFUND POLICY
If a covered issue cannot be fixed: full refund when the service has been used for no more than 7 days; afterward, a refund for the unused remaining period. No refund for change of mind or customer-caused violations.
