InShot Pro unlocks the full Pro feature set — premium editing tools, watermark removal, and the Pro options included in your plan.

This subscription is purchased through Google Play and works on Android devices only. It cannot be used on iOS devices such as iPhone or iPad.

This is not a shared account. InShot Pro is activated on your own account, and you keep full use of that account.

📝 What You Need to Provide
• Your InShot account email
• Your unique code — a numeric string, usually 16 digits, or the transaction code generated by the system after you complete payment

You do not need to provide your password. When the support agent signs in, a verification code is sent to you.

⚙️ Activation Process
1. Place your order and choose the subscription period (1 to 12 months).
2. Send your InShot account email and unique code through the order chat.
3. The support agent signs in to your account. You receive a verification code and send it back to the support agent.
4. The support agent activates the InShot Pro subscription.
5. The support agent confirms activation in the order chat.
6. You can log in and start using InShot Pro immediately after confirmation.

⏱️ Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes 5–30 minutes after the support agent responds and receives all required information.

🛡️ Warranty
The subscription is covered for the entire purchased subscription period (1 to 12 months).
If activation fails because of an error on our side, you receive a suitable replacement or a full refund.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• Account suspension, restriction, or termination caused by violations of InShot´s Terms of Service or usage policies.
• Use of the Android subscription on an iOS device, which is not supported by the platform.

🔒 Security and Privacy
We use the information you provide only to activate your subscription. We never ask you for your password.

💸 Refund Policy
• A full refund is available if activation cannot be completed because of an error on our side.
• No refund is available after successful activation, except when the subscription is confirmed defective and the issue is covered by the warranty.
