Customer-caused issues, changed credentials, security/recovery problems outside our control, misuse, policy violations and external restrictions are excluded. Covered issues are normally handled within 24 hours; complex cases may require a mutually agreed extension.

💳 REFUND POLICY

If a covered issue cannot be resolved: 100% refund if used for no more than 7 days; afterward, a refund based on the unused remaining term. No refund for change of mind or customer-caused violations.
