HOW TO REDEEM
1. Sign in to the PlayStation account you want to top up. Its country/region must be United Kingdom.
2. On the PlayStation Store website, open your profile and choose Redeem Code. On PS5, open PlayStation Store, then the More menu and Redeem Code. On PS4, use Redeem Codes in the Store sidebar.
3. Enter the 12-digit voucher code, check the details and confirm. If your order contains additional codes, redeem each one separately.

Each code can be used once. Redeemed wallet credit cannot be moved to another account. A PlayStation account´s country/region cannot be changed. Child accounts use the family manager´s wallet; redeem wallet top-ups on the eligible family manager account.

If activation fails, check the code entry, account country and transaction history. For an issue with a purchased order, send the exact error message or screenshot through that order´s messages. Never share your account password or verification codes.
