The eSIM works on only one device. Once activated, it cannot be transferred to another phone without re-issuance.
Do not delete the eSIM profile or reset your phone to factory settings.
We will process the eSIM for your email address, and you will receive an installation QR code. You can start using the number immediately after that.

No refunds are available after the eSIM has been issued. I am not responsible for the non-delivery of incoming SMS messages. Delivery depends on the carrier, the sender´s network, and roaming conditions.
