❗Recently, the official Cursor seems to have introduced regional restrictions for Russian regions. However, we could not find corresponding instructions in the official documentation. Some customers reported that they can no longer use the full Cursor service without using a VPN, and it directly denies access. You must use a VPN throughout the entire process. If your account is blocked due to violation of Cursor’s terms of use, we provide after-sales support only if Cursor officially initiates a refund (email notification); in all other cases, after-sales service terms do not apply.

❗Due to the addition of a risk control system on the official Cursor website, some users may be required to enter a confirmation code on their mobile phone when logging in. The mobile phone number we provided is not permanently valid. We guarantee that it can be used for the entire duration of the subscription, but we do not guarantee that it will work forever in the future.

❗Since Cursor subscription services also have an API usage limit, if you exceed this limit during the subscription period, resulting in a balance owed, the subscription will remain valid. However, paid models will not be accessible due to excessive usage. This is not our responsibility; you will need to pay the outstanding balance yourself to continue using the subscription service. For more details: https://cursor.com/docs/account/pricing | https://cursor.com/docs/account/billing/spend-limits

❗The paid subscription period may vary by up to 1-3 days.

❗After payment, you receive all data (email + Cursor AI credentials).

We provide after-sales service for subscriptions, but it does not cover all cases. Please refer to the following categories.

Non-covered circumstances:
🚫 1. The subscription is still active, but the built-in usage limit (quota) has been exhausted.
🚫 2. The subscription is still active, but some models are unavailable due to regional or environmental restrictions – this is usually resolved by changing the device or network environment.
🚫 3. Other issues not caused by the subscription itself, such as account blocking or abnormal attacks.

If you insist on a refund, we will deduct a 25% service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you based on the number of remaining days.
