• 2 or 3 months — only Sweden, USA, for eligible "Plan and term" options.
Availability is checked before payment. Any traffic allowance is shown next to the country.

↻ ALREADY HAVE A SERVER?
Renewal: copy your key from the dashboard, then choose the same plan and your term. The country does not matter.
IP change: enter your key and select "Server IP address change (server key required)" — 89 RUB, with no rental term. The first change is free using the dashboard button.

Additional information:

RENTAL TERM AND TRAFFIC
• One order is one server, one renewal or one IP change.
• A new rental starts on delivery. When it expires, controls are disabled and the server may be deleted with its data. Renew in advance and keep backups.
• Singapore, Australia, India — 1 TB outbound traffic per 30 days.
• Sweden, USA — 100 GB outbound traffic per 30 days.
• Outbound traffic is unlimited in the other listed countries.
The allowance scales with the rental term; inbound traffic is unlimited. When the allowance runs out, the server is powered off until renewal.

RENEWAL: TWO OPTIONS
• In place: days are added to the current term; the IP, data and settings stay the same. If the rental has expired, the term starts at payment.
• Move, if in-place renewal is unavailable: before payment we check for the same plan and OS in the same country. Files, settings, root password and SSH keys stay; the IP changes. Conditions are shown in your dashboard.
After a move, paid 14 or 30 days start on successful completion. The old server remains available until its original rental expires, then is deleted. Its remaining term is not added to the new rental.
Before a move, make a backup and stop databases, containers and applications that write data. Extra mounted disks or a mismatched OS prevent an automatic move. If it fails, the old server is not deleted and the seller checks the order.

IP CHANGE
The first change is free in your dashboard; subsequent changes cost 89 RUB each. Files, password and SSH keys stay. There may be 1–2 minutes of downtime; the new IP is in the same city. The old address cannot be restored.

RULES AND HELP
Spam, DDoS, network scanning, hacking, mining and illegal activity are prohibited. Such servers are shut down without a refund.
If delivery, renewal or an IP change has not completed in 30 minutes, message us in the order chat. Do not pay again. Never share your root password.

OPERATING SYSTEMS AND NETWORK
• New servers use Ubuntu 24.04. Reinstallation OS choices and versions depend on the region and instance compatibility.
• Available Linux families include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora and others. See the choices available for your server in your dashboard.
• Network bandwidth depends on the server configuration. Some configurations have baseline and temporary peak bandwidth; peak figures are not a constant Internet-speed guarantee.
• Your server´s network specifications are shown in the dashboard. They are not guaranteed constant Internet speeds: direction, route and load matter.
• Network speed in Mbit/s and outbound traffic allowance in GB are separate measures; the traffic terms above still apply.
