The gift is delivered as subscription credit. The recipient selects and activates the desired plan and monthly or yearly billing cycle in their own Roll20 account. For an existing subscription, credit applies to future payments; the gift itself does not change the plan or billing cycle. Roll20 prorates changes to active subscriptions.

This credit is for subscriptions only. Separately purchased Marketplace books and adventures are not included.

Gift delivery uses the email associated with your Roll20 account. No password or account access is required.

Additional information:

After payment, open the order conversation with the seller and send the unique order code and the email associated with your Roll20 account. State the selected option and check the email carefully. Do not send your password.

After receiving the gift, open Roll20 subscription management, select the desired plan and monthly or yearly billing cycle, review the total, and confirm via “Submit Payment with Stripe”. Roll20 states that card details are not required when credit covers the payment. For an existing subscription, check the current plan, billing cycle, and any prorated adjustment.
