Manual fulfillment. Contact the seller before payment to confirm availability and processing time. After payment, send the unique purchase code in the order correspondence. The code confirms the order; the service is delivered separately.
Warranty covers the purchased plan for the full term. Report issues in the order correspondence. Covered problems are normally addressed within 24 hours; complex or service-wide issues require an agreed timeframe. If a covered issue cannot be resolved, a full refund applies within the first 7 days of use, then a refund proportional to the unused term. Personal files, forgotten passwords and misuse are not covered. Marketplace rules apply.
