✅You will receive an invitation at your email address. Simply accept the invitation to activate your Mobbin seat.
✅No Password Required You will continue using your own Mobbin account and login credentials.
✅No Need to Stay Online You do not need to be available during the activation process.
⏰ Processing Time:
✅ Activation is completed within 24 hours or less after receiving your Mobbin email address.
📩 Warranty & Refund Policy:
👉 11-Month Full Warranty: Your Mobbin seat is covered by a full 11-month warranty from the date of activation.
👉 Issue Resolution: If you experience any valid issue with your seat during the warranty period, we will work to resolve it within 1–24 hours.
👉 Before Activation: If we are unable to activate your seat due to an issue on the seller’s side, you will receive a full refund.
👉 After Activation: Once your Mobbin seat has been successfully activated, refunds are not available for buyer-related reasons, such as changing your mind, providing the wrong email address, or failing to follow the activation instructions.
👉 Warranty Replacement: If your seat stops working or becomes unavailable due to an issue on the seller’s side during the 11-month warranty period, we will restore or replace the seat at no additional cost.
