Unlimited plans:
• 7 days — 3 GB per day at full speed, then up to 1 Mbps;
• 10 days — 3 GB per day at full speed, then up to 1 Mbps;
• 15 days — 3 GB per day at full speed, then up to 1 Mbps.

With unlimited plans, the 3 GB full-speed allowance renews at the start of each new daily cycle. After the daily allowance is used, internet access continues at up to 1 Mbps until the next cycle begins.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

1. Select a plan and pay for the order.
2. The paid order page displays a unique 16-digit purchase code. This verifies your paid order; it is not the eSIM QR code.
3. Open the delivery page using the link in the post-purchase instructions.
4. Enter the complete 16-digit code and select “Get eSIM”.
5. After the paid order is verified, the eSIM issuance process starts automatically. Processing may take several minutes.
6. If a pending status is displayed, wait and enter the same code again. You do not need to buy the product again.
7. When issuance is complete, you will receive the QR code and manual installation details.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• a digital eSIM profile and QR code for installation;
• manual installation details when provided with the profile;

NOT INCLUDED

• a local phone number;
• regular voice calls;

Use internet messengers for calls and messages. You may keep your primary SIM active for calls and verification messages, subject to your home operator’s roaming charges.

WHEN VALIDITY STARTS

The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in Turkey, not when the order is placed or when the profile is added to your phone.

CHECK BEFORE BUYING

• your device supports eSIM;
• your phone is not carrier locked;
• your device has space for another eSIM profile;
• a stable internet connection is available for installation.

We recommend receiving and installing the profile before departure. Access to some eSIM services may be restricted in Turkey. Do not delete the profile after installation, as reinstallation with the same QR code may be unavailable.

IMPORTANT NETWORK INFORMATION

Coverage, actual speed and available network technology depend on location, network load, device model and the local operator. Hotspot availability depends on the selected package and device and is not guaranteed for every plan.

INSTALLATION AND SETUP

A stable internet connection is required to install the eSIM. You can use Wi-Fi or a mobile data connection. Open your mobile network settings, choose Add eSIM and scan the QR code. If scanning is unavailable, use the manual installation details shown on the delivery page.

After arriving in Turkey:
1. Enable the eSIM line.
2. Select it for mobile data.
3. Enable data roaming for the eSIM.
4. Disable mobile data and automatic data switching for your primary SIM to prevent unexpected roaming charges.

If internet access does not appear, toggle airplane mode, restart the phone and check the APN or manual network selection using the details supplied with the eSIM. Do not delete the profile.

DATA USAGE

Maps, taxi apps and messaging usually use less data than video, video calls, cloud synchronization, app updates and hotspot usage. Your device may consume data in the background. With a limited package, consider disabling automatic updates and mobile-data backups.

SECURITY

Do not share the 16-digit purchase code, eSIM QR code or manual installation details. Keep them until the end of your trip, but do not publish them or send them to other people.

REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on whether the digital profile has already been delivered, installed, activated or used. Once the eSIM has been delivered or used, a refund may be unavailable subject to applicable rules and law. Check device compatibility and select the correct plan before payment.

SUPPORT

If you experience a problem, contact the seller through the order chat. Provide the order number, selected plan, phone model, your current country and the exact error message. If possible, attach a screenshot without exposing the QR code or other secret information. Do not delete the eSIM before support replies.
