WHAT YOU GET
Two official Russian classifiers in one archive, each in three formats: CSV (UTF-8), SQL (CREATE TABLE + INSERT, PostgreSQL) and JSON.
- OKVED-2 (ОК 029-2014): 3,102 records — 21 sections, 88 classes, 272 subclasses, 623 groups, 1,311 subgroups and 787 types.
- OKPD2 (ОК 034-2014): 20,344 records, including 8,180 categories and 6,506 ninth-digit subcategories.
WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM
The official state information system ЕСНСИ (maintained by Rosstandart): OKVED-2 edition of 27.08.2026, OKPD2 edition of 20.05.2026. OKVED-2 was additionally cross-checked against Rosstat open data. Official government documents are not subject to copyright in Russia (Civil Code art. 1259, para. 6, sub-para. 1), so the data can be used in commercial projects.
WHAT IT IS FOR
Loading into your database for accounting, tax and ERP systems; validating codes in applications and contracts; reference data for forms and drop-down lists; mapping between the two classifiers; parsing EGRUL/EGRIP extracts where activities are given as OKVED codes.
WHY IT BEATS THE FREE OPTIONS
