5. After activation, check your subscription status in your account settings.

If the subscription does not appear immediately in the mobile app, close Duolingo completely and log back in. Ensure the app is using the same account where the code was activated.

If Duolingo unexpectedly prompts you to pay for the subscription or link a bank card while redeeming the code, do not confirm the payment—take a screenshot and contact the seller.

↩️ REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
