Region Activation and Details
Primary Method: The purchase is processed via non-Russian/Belarusian Battle.net profiles.
For Russian and Belarusian Accounts: Direct activation is not possible, so we offer a region-change service. We will switch your account to a supported country (please check the chat for current options before paying). Make sure to select this option when placing your order.
Creating a New Account: If you prefer not to change your main profile´s region, we will provide simple instructions for registering a new account in a different region.
Delivery Methods
With Account Access (takes 5–15 minutes): You provide your login and password. Our staff member logs in, completes the purchase, and logs out immediately; you then verify the game and change your password. Note: Subscriptions can only be purchased using this method.
Without Account Access: Available only for purchasing expansions or time cards (strictly 60 days of game time). This option works for all regions except Russia and Belarus. Be sure to select the appropriate option during checkout.
Available World of Warcraft®: Forever™ Editions
Heroic Sky-Born Bundle
Unlocks access to the Sky-Born race and the introductory questline on the Isle of Zephrys. You receive the "Azure Pride-Claw" mount, the "Shen´dralar Sky-Seer´s Attire" transmog set, a back-slot item (backpack), and the "Wind-Well" toy. Also includes basic cosmetic items and the ability to reserve a character name in advance.
Epic Sky-Born Bundle
Includes everything in the Heroic Bundle, plus additional in-game bonuses.
Warcraft Forever Collection
The most comprehensive edition. Contains all Epic Bundle bonuses, plus exclusive cosmetic items: Human and Forsaken statuettes.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available if the game or service has already been successfully delivered to your account.
If a refund is initiated due to an error on your part (e.g., a payment mistake or failure to read the product description), the refund amount will be subject to a 25% deduction.
If the service cannot be provided due to an issue on our end, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
