This card can only be redeemed on an Apple ID set to the US region. If your account is set to a different region, you must first change your Apple ID region to the US in your settings.
Regarding region changes: when you change your account region, your current balance is reset to zero, and active subscriptions are cancelled. Therefore, we recommend spending any remaining funds and waiting for your current subscription periods to end before making the switch.
It is not recommended to change your account region back immediately after redeeming the card; the balance is tied to the US region, and changing the region may make the funds inaccessible.
