This is a shared plan. Limits are used by all active users on the same account.
If the limit becomes full, you must wait for reset. Limit issues are not covered by replacement.

⚠️ Important before buying

The account may already have partially used limits when assigned. Usage can be 20%, 30%, 40% or more depending on current user activity.

Since up to 3 users share one account, available usage is not guaranteed.

We cannot control how much limit another user uses. If another user consumes more, the shared limit may finish faster. This is normal for shared access and is not a valid reason for refund or replacement.

Claude Code sessions are isolated. Other users cannot see your code, files, chats, or work.
