How to install: iOS

Step 1 of 2 – Installation.

Quick installation.
1. On iOS 17.4 and later, tap... Automatic
installation to set up your eSIM.
QR code installation.
1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
2. Select the "Use QR Code" option, then scan the code.
3. Tap "Activate eSIM," then "Continue."
4. Select an existing label or enter a custom one for
future use.
Manual installation.
1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
2. Select the "Use QR Code" option, then tap "Enter
Details Manually" at the bottom. Enter the "SM-DP Address" and "Activation Code," then
tap "Next."
3. Tap "Activate eSIM," then "Continue."
4. Select an existing label or enter a custom one for
future use.
Step 2 of 2: Data access setup.
1. Select the eSIM, enable the "Turn On This Line" feature, and turn on
"Data Roaming."
2. Select your eSIM as the default network for "Cellular Data"
and do not enable "Allow Cellular Data Switching."
3. If your eSIM connects to the wrong network, go to
"Network Selection" and select the correct network.

Step 1 of 2 – Installation: Android
QR code installation.
1. Go to Settings, select "Network & Internet," then
tap the "+" icon next to "SIMs." 2. Tap "Download SIM" and then tap "Next" on the following
page.
3. When you see the "Scan QR code from network" prompt, use
your phone to scan the QR code, then tap the "Download"
button.
4. When the "Download complete" message appears on the screen,
tap "Settings".
Manual installation.
1. Go to "Settings", select "Network & internet", then
tap the " " icon next to "SIMs".
2. Tap "Download SIM" and then tap "Next" on the following
page.
3. Tap "Need help?", then tap "Enter manually".
4. Enter the Android code, tap "Continue", then tap
"Download".
5. When the "Download complete" message appears on the screen,
tap "Settings".
Step 2 of 2: setting up data access.
1. Select the eSIM from the list of available SIMs.
2. Enable the "Use SIM" function and select "Yes".
3. Turn on "Mobile data".
4. Turn on "Roaming", then tap "OK".
5. If your eSIM connects to the wrong network, tap "SIMs",
then select "Automatically select network" on the next
page to manually choose the correct network.
