Free unit-economics templates usually go stale within a month, since Ozon changed its rates several times over summer 2026. This file includes the changes effective August 28 and the September rates that take effect later.
HOW THIS DIFFERS FROM THE FREE OZON CALCULATOR
calculator.ozon.ru lets you calculate profit for one item for free — for a one-off estimate, that´s enough, and there´s no need to buy this file just to do the same thing. This spreadsheet is for something else: comparing up to 20 SKUs in one view with unprofitable and low-margin items highlighted, ready-made price scenarios at 5-30%, offline work in Excel with no need to log into your seller account, and a rate reference sheet with dates at hand. WHAT IS INSIDE: 6 sheets, 158 live formulas.
Single-item calculation: sales commission, logistics, last-mile delivery, order handling, payment processing, storage, non-redemption costs, advertising and tax. Output: net profit per unit, margin, ROI, and the minimum price below which you sell at a loss.
Price scenarios: what happens to profit if you raise or lower the price by 5, 10, 20 or 30 percent. Fills in automatically.
Product portfolio: up to 20 SKUs in one summary with automatic highlighting of unprofitable and low-margin items.
Rate reference sheet: 60 plus entries with effective dates for commission by price segment, logistics, reverse logistics, warehouse placement, penalties, subscriptions and payout terms.
Verification sheet: the formulas reproduce worked examples from Ozon´s official documentation and return the same result.
WHAT IS ACCOUNTED FOR THAT MOST TEMPLATES MISS: reverse logistics is billed at the same rate as forward logistics. The sales commission is not charged at all on a non-redemption or cancellation, and the payment-processing fee is refunded. Return handling by the fulfillment partner is a flat 15 rubles per unit. Non-redemption costs are spread across redeemed units, not averaged across the whole store.
FORMAT: an xlsx file. Works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. No macros. Only highlighted cells need to be filled in, instructions are included inside the file.
HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS: logistics and commission rates depend on volume, direction and category. Ozon publishes those tables separately, and you will need to plug in your own product numbers from your seller account. The calculation is per unit and does not include rent, salaries or subscriptions.
