Pre-made prompts for Claude, developed for the full cycle of a Gestalt therapy session—from request analysis through the contact cycle to the end of the session and the formulation of a future figure.
Each prompt is tailored to a specific clinical task for a Gestalt therapist: working with awareness, interruptions in contact, polarities, and experimentation in the therapist-client space. Within are working tools, not a list of general ideas. What´s included (10 prompts by stages of work)
Request Analysis
1. Analysis of the client´s request through the contact cycle - phases of the experiential cycle, figure and ground
2. Diagnosis of the leading mechanism of contact interruption - confluence, introjection, projection, retroflexion, deflection, egotism
Session Planning
3. Session plan (50 minutes) taking into account the "figure" of the day
4. Working through the unfinished situation from the previous session
Selection of techniques and experiments

Example of one From prompts (#7)
The client is currently demonstrating the following in session: [insert observation – change of topic, abstraction, laughter at inappropriate moments, silence]. Identify the interruption in contact occurring in this moment, suggest three phrases for the therapist to gently draw the client´s attention to what is happening "here and now" (in the style of phenomenological commentary, not interpretation), and indicate how to track the client´s reaction to this intervention.
How to use
