Time tracking via entry and exit QR codes

Microsoft Access database for "Time and Attendance Tracking via QR-Code Check-in/Check-out." This system tracks the working hours of employees passing through a checkpoint to enter and exit the production area by scanning barcodes or QR codes. Key functionality includes calculating employee working hours and exporting data for any selected period to an Excel file containing a summary of working hours by employee.

Additional information:

The Microsoft Access database application (part of the Microsoft Office 2010 suite or later) must be installed on the PC. You also need to connect and configure a QR code scanner. For more detailed information, please refer to the user manual:

You can import employees into the database from an Excel file (an example Excel file is attached).
