After opening an unknown writ, its specific task, requirements, and reward become available.

The number of crafting writs and completion conditions may vary for each open writ.

Some writs may require learned traits, crafting styles, recipes, materials, or other game knowledge.

Before opening, ensure that the selected character is capable of completing writs for the corresponding crafting writ.



📩 HOW DELIVERY WORKS

1️⃣ Select the desired crafting writ.

2️⃣ When placing your order, please provide the correct in-game UserID.

3️⃣ After payment, the item will be sent via in-game mail.

4️⃣ Log in to the game, open your email, and accept the attachment.

⏱ Delivery typically takes from 5 minutes to 5 hours during business hours.

⏰ Service hours: Daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Moscow time.

🌙 Orders are accepted 24/7.

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed after 6:00 AM Moscow time.


📌 HOW TO FIND YOUR USERID

Open the "Friends" section in the game.

Your UserID begins with the "@" symbol.

Example: @PlayerName

Please enter your UserID, not your character name.


📬 IMPORTANT ABOUT IN-GAME MAIL

Make sure your email is not full and can accept new messages.

After receiving the attachment, you must claim it within 30 days, otherwise the email may be deleted by the game.

We recommend accepting the item immediately upon receipt.

If the email doesn´t appear for a long time, restart the game and check your email again.
