Via browser: Open PlayStation Store https://store.playstation.com/ → click the profile icon → select Redeem Codes → enter the code → click Redeem

On PS5/PS5 Pro: Settings → Users & Accounts → Account → Payments and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes → Enter the code → Redeem

On PS4: Open PlayStation Store → Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar → Select Redeem Codes → Enter the code → Redeem

When paying for a game/DLC: In the payment methods section, select Redeem Codes and Gift Cards → Enter the code → Click Redeem
