❗️ What you need to do after payment:
1️⃣ Write a message to the seller in the order chat and provide the Unique Code:
📧 You´ll receive your login and password for your account in response.
2️⃣ The plugin will already be purchased on your iLok account; you just need to activate it on your PC.
⏳ Oeksound delivery time:
Average delivery time: 15 minutes – 4 hours.

1️⃣ Changing your account login and password is prohibited.
2️⃣ Activating other plugins on your account is prohibited.
⚠️ If you do this, your account will be immediately canceled without a refund. You can only activate the purchased plugin and use the license.

🛡️ Guarantees and returns:
✔️ We guarantee delivery of the Oeksound plugin within 12 hours of payment (Monday through Friday). The process may be delayed on weekends.
✔️ Account warranty lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔️ If any issues arise, we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.
✔️ At your request (if the issue is not ours, for example, there are difficulties issuing an iLok account, you don´t want to wait, and 12 hours have not yet passed), we can issue a refund minus 30.
💡 The commission is 35, of which we will cover 5 at our own expense.
⏰ Hours:
We work from morning until late evening, starting around 10:00 AM and ending around 11:00 PM.
However, please note that our business hours may vary.
If your order is placed outside of these hours, delivery will begin the following day.
