👉No refunds for shipped items.
👉Unshipped items:
• Seller´s responsibility → Full refund.
• Buyer´s responsibility (failure to read instructions, selecting the wrong item, changing mind, etc.) → Refund after deducting a 50% handling fee. You can also exchange for the same item or other items from our store.
