8. The Zn2+ ion (cZn2+=1*10-4 M) is extracted by 20% as the Zn(Ox)2 chelate at pH 3 using an equal volume of 0.1 M 8-hydroxyquinoline (Ox) in chloroform. Calculate the pH at which, under the same conditions, the zinc ion will be extracted by 96%.
