Test task
1. Specify the components of the contract system, in accordance with its definition:
a) the federal executive body for regulating the contract system in the field of procurement, executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, specialized organizations, operators of electronic platforms;
b) the State Corporation Rostekhnologii;
c) operators of electronic databases.

2. How does the procurement end in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ:
a) signing the protocol on summing up the results of the procurement;
b) conclusion of the contract;
c) fulfillment of obligations by the parties to the contract;
d) signing the acceptance certificate under the contract.

3. Who may be granted advantages when making procurement:
a) institutions and enterprises of the penal system, organizations for the disabled, socially oriented non-profit organizations, small businesses; b) organizations of low-income citizens;
c) medium-sized businesses.
