In 2014, the family had a second adopted child. The foster family status was issued only to the foster mother. In 2017, two more children appeared in the family. All children have serious health problems. Problems began to arise with the movement of children to narrow specialists, since only the foster mother was the legal representative of the first two children. The foster dad formally had no right to accompany the children, did not have the right to sign, could not stay with the children during hospitalization. The family also had financial problems related to the treatment and education of children. The remuneration of the foster parent (dad) and the official status of the foster parent could help the family solve some of the problematic issues. The foster parents decided to apply for the appointment of a second guardian for two children. A disabled child was assigned a second guardian, and a child who also had serious health problems, but the disability was not established, was rejected
