30. In the reaction 2HI↔H2 I2 the rate constants of the forward and reverse reactions are known: at a temperature of 500 C k2=23.3 k-2=1.05*103, and at a temperature of 700 C k2=9.05*103 k-2=2.08*105, (all constants are expressed in cm3*mol-1*s-1).
1. Calculate the activation energies and pre-exponential factors of the forward and reverse reactions.
2. Calculate the equilibrium constants at the two specified temperatures.
3. Determine ΔH and ΔS of the forward reaction assuming ΔСp=О.
4. Hydrogen iodide was introduced into the reaction vessel at a temperature of 500 C. What part of the hydrogen iodide will decompose?
