5. A weighed sample of the natural product with a mass of m = 0.658 (g) was dissolved in V = 95 (ml) of alcohol and 0.05 ml of the solution was applied to paper. After chromatographic separation, the obtained spots of uridylic acid, ribose-1,5-diphosphate and adenylic acid were cut out, fused with KOH and K2S2O8; after dissolving the fusion, phosphorus was determined photometrically, obtaining the optical density values of Aurid = 0.40 Arib = 0.60 and Aadenyl = 0.15, respectively; a solution with an optical density of Ast = 0.78 was prepared from a standard phosphate solution containing 20 μg P/ml. Determine the percentage content of these derivatives in the natural product.
