2. A 0.450 g sample of oxalic acid (H2C2O4*2H2O) was dissolved in a 100.0 ml volumetric flask. 17.3 ml of NaOH were used to titrate 25.0 ml of the resulting solution. Determine the molar concentration of the NaOH solution and its titer with respect to HCl.
