About Warranty
If I subscribe for you for 1 month it has a 1 month warranty and if I subscribe for you for a year it has a 1 year warranty.
About refunds
It is not refundable after I have successfully subscribed for you.
If the subscription fails because of the seller, the seller refunds all your money.
Due to IP address restrictions, Novel can only guarantee successful login on the first attempt. Please use your points as soon as possible after successful login. We will not be able to provide account recovery services for any subsequent issues.
You will also be unable to subscribe to a membership again, and we cannot issue a refund for this order because the official IP address control is currently strict, and subscription fees will not be refunded.
This account is for your exclusive use. I will not change any account information, nor will I send the account to others. Currently, this is due to official rules; if these rules are relaxed in the future, these restrictions will no longer apply.
Important Notes:
1. Do not engage in points theft. Any attempt to use points to top up your balance (whether successful or not) will result in the cancellation of your subscription.

3. The login environment must not be associated with a previous account. You cannot use Google Chrome´s Incognito mode on your local computer; you must use fingerprint-based login. Each IP address can only log in to one account; please use a US IP address. Logging into multiple accounts in the same environment is strictly prohibited (this is extremely important)!!
