2. Determination of the nitroglycerin content in the medicinal product (1% alcohol solution) by two methods – pharmacopoeial and kinetic-photometric – gave the following results for the mass fraction of nitroglycerin
• pharmacopoeial method (n=11): 0.9520, 0.9748, 0.9836, 0.9921, 0.9981, 0.9994, 0.9999, 1.0065, 1.0180, 1.0258, 1.0625;
• kinetic-photometric method (n=11): 0.9641, 0.9873, 0.9935, 0.9970, 0.9989, 0.9991, 0.9999, 1.0018, 1.0035, 1.0150, 1.0330.
Characterize the reproducibility and accuracy of both methods with a confidence level of P=0.95. Compare the two methods in terms of reproducibility and accuracy with a confidence level of P=0.99. The true value of the nitroglycerin content in the preparation is 1%.
