13. From a sample of sodium hydroxide weighing 8.5 g, containing, in addition to NaOH, 4% Na2CO3 and 8% H2O, 1 liter of solution was prepared. Determine the molar concentration of the equivalent of the resulting solution if Na2CO3 is neutralized to H2CO3.
