A volume charge with density ρ is uniformly distributed between two infinitely long coaxial cylindrical surfaces. The radius of the inner surface is R₁ , the outer one is R₂ . Find the field strength E for the regions: a) inside the cylinder of smaller radius; b) between the cylindrical surfaces; c) outside them.
